Your shipping package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via MAILER with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by another company, please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipping choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Customer service and parcel agencies process, prepare and ship orders Monday through Friday. They do not prepare orders on public holidays according to the Barcelona working calendar.

Delivery is free when your purchase is over 75 €.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.

Boxes are oversized and your items are well protected.

Returns and refunds

Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Therefore, new products must be returned new, unused and complete. The products must not show any additional damage or signs of use.

Note: If the reason for returning the product is not because it arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will not refund the cost of gift wrapping, postage or any other service related to your order; we will only refund the cost of the product.

IMPORTANT,

No returns will be accepted:

* On any personalised item.

* When the cause is a bad treatment of the article, improper use or manipulation.

* After 14 days from the date of delivery and without prior notice in writing to the email info@concierges.es

How do we calculate the return shipping costs?

If you return a product due to an error on the part of THE CONCIERGES, we will always bear the cost of return. If you want to return a product without any error by THE CONCIERGES and use a return label with postage paid, we will deduct the cost of the return of the total amount of the refund. For returns from Spain, the return shipping costs are 4€ (VAT included).
