Price and shipping and handling services

The price, including VAT, and the minimum order quantity for each item are indicated on the website https://concierges.es.

The prices for management and shipping services will follow the following standard:

Shipments to the Spanish mainland: free shipping from 20€, shipments under 20€ will cost 6,90€.

We cannot temporarily process shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Other international destinations: THE CONCIERGES will inform you by email of the shipping and handling costs before confirming the purchase.

The prices of the products displayed on the website https://concierges.es only include Value Added Tax (VAT). They do not include any other tax that, where appropriate, is applicable.

THE CONCIERGES reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The products for sale will be billed based on the prices in force at the time the order is registered, and in the case of product reservation pending future availability, the charge will be made with the price in force on the date of the reservation, subject to acceptance by THE CONCIERGES SL.

Provision of service / Product delivery.

THE CONCIERGES undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address specified by the Customer. In order to optimize the delivery process, the address provided by the customer must be an address where delivery can be made within the working hours indicated by each parcel delivery agency.

If, after seven (7) working days from the date of the notice, the Customer has not contacted the carrier to arrange a new delivery date, the products will be returned to the warehouses of THE CONCIERGES and the Customer shall be responsible for the return services and any associated handling charges.

The Customer shall be liable for any errors or damages caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer does not conform to the place of delivery specified by the latter.

At the time of delivery of the product order, the Customer must show his identification document to the carrier, sign the delivery note and request a copy of it from the carrier.

Delivery is considered to have taken place from the moment the product has been placed at the disposal of the Customer at the place of delivery indicated by the Customer.

The risk of the products (including, but not limited to, loss, damage or theft) shall pass to the Customer from the moment the order for the products has been placed at the Customer’s disposal in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
